These orders are shipped with Royal Mail and should arrive within 1-2 working days if ordered before 3pm Mon - Thurs.  

Orders received after 3pm or on a non-working day will be processed and dispatched on the NEXT WORKING DAY, ready for delivery the NEXT WORKING DAY.  

NORTHERN IRELAND & HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS 

Orders cost £4.99

These orders are shipped with Royal Mail and are estimated to arrive between 2-3 working days after your order is dispatched.

Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are NOT working days.  

Free delivery on orders over £150. 

Please note, Customs require residents of Northern Ireland to provide their National Insurance number at the time of placing the order, this is a Customs requirement and is mandatory to ensure shipping.

We currently deliver to the following Mainland European countries, Belgium, Republic of Ireland, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and many more.

These orders are shipped with Parcelforce and are estimated to arrive between 3-6 working days after placing your order, depending on the destination country.

Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are NOT working days.  

Orders received before 3pm will be processed that day, and orders received after 4pm will be processed on the following day.  

Please note, Customs may add additional charges to deliveries dispatched internationally, which Laundry b has no control over.

COLLECT FROM STORE - FREE (STRETTON STORE ONLY)

Once processed, you will receive an email confirming when your order is ready to be collected from our Stretton showroom, from the date that this email is received you will have 14 days to return any unwanted items.

 PLEASE NOTE

• All delivery time frames are guidelines 
• All orders placed over a bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the following working day
• Please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly.  Any parcels returned due to invalid addresses will incur a charge, payable by the customer
