Our CEO, Joanna, woke up one morning sometime in the spring of 2005. She was, by then, still in her mid-thirties and just had her first child. With her extensive background knowledge of fashion, she knew that the next few decades ahead were not catered for on the British High Street. Effortless dressing for girls of a certain age was going to change, and she was determined to do something about it. By November of the very same year, our company was created.
Inspired by the effortless cool of European styles and Lagenlook, Laundry b was born. Joanna ensured the Laundry B DNA was imprinted with our distinctive, comfortable, but cool and quirky style. Always modern and never mutton. Every one of our pieces is the very best from Made In Italy Clothing. Whether it means very selective and clever buying or our unique in-house designs.
Given the brand's ethos, it’s no surprise that Laundry b took the One Size Made In Italy / Lagenlook world by storm with fashion journalists, celebrities and influencers constantly falling under the spell.

The History of Laundry B
2005 : Our first shop opens in Stockton Heath Cheshire.
2011 : We go online.
2021 : Online moves into 'The Barns' ... a beautiful, huge barn conversion in the Cheshire countryside to house our ever-expanding e-commerce team.
